I can't think of my strengths as English teacher,I don't have confidence in my ability.But I can think of my weaknesses as English teacher. For example, I don't have idea of warm-up activity, how to practice, how to presentation many.so, I need to study making a lesson more.
Today, in the class of "Education of English3", I lerned some thing from members of ETM.
I made a lesson plan of page51,"I think ~" ,I consider only "think", so, I made practice of expressionof "I think ~". But other member's lesson plan, consider not only "think" ,but also "know" "hope" . so,this is very important.And, I persisted a contents of textbook at introduction new material,but I knew that is not good.Using materials that close to students life is important.

I diside goal of lesson is that students can use target phrase, and I focus on practice. And about warm-up, I show students any picture gradually,and students answer what is it.
1,greeting
2,warm-up What is it?
3, review
4, introduction new material 1 teacher say target phrase,and student repeat on the whole or individual 2teacher write the phrase on the board and explain it easily.
5, practice ...using other pictures ,studnts express about the picture using "I think", and next, do pair work and presentation for feedback.
6,words practice on the text book
7, reading text
8, evaluation
9, assignment

About group or pair work experience

I'll writeabout about my group work experience.This class 3,I made a English lesson with 5 members. There are two people who senior to me. Our meeting to make lesson is not good.Becouse,there was not leader of the group.So,the meeting did't go well.And junior refrain from argument with senior,so I could't state my opinion well.I think that leader as facilitator is very need.And Ithink if there are someone who don't state own opinion the meeting is not well.

Mr,M,Junior high school English teacer,talked about teacher's job, students,lessons, own experiences of junior high school.I learned a lot of thing from what he said.
1 It is important to plan for lesson of 1 year,and diside goal of 1 lesson.
2 Teacher have many work to do, so teacer is very busy.
3 greeting is important, and had better talk with students.
4 We have to speak English during English class.

On july 7, I went to u junior high school to watch English class. today, I'll write about that.First of all, lesson plan is the next.
1, Warm up ...reading, Danganimput(question&answer)
2, presentation"what" ,understanding the goal(using what, question &answer)..."what 's it","It is ~"
3,practice...group work...exchange information using"what",pair work using a picture and the phrase"what is it?"
4,production...using phrase,reading textbook,pronunciation new words
5, reflection
I think teacher Y have many picture and sheet in the lesson, so,students enjoyed the lesson.And teacher Y'presentation of what is good,because showing picture that is incomprehensible, students easy to image today's target "what".But some students don't speak English and could't use "what's it?"so, maybe I think practice was not enough to use it, or students was just nervous, or explanation lacked.

Learnning target grammar and word.
Student can use leaned grammar and word.

pronunciation, wtriting report, understanding lerandand new wrod, using target sentences, read aloud textbook.

The teacher's role is producer of class.The teacher give students many hints , and students can use target.
4) From watching the teacher and students, did you receive any hints or clues as to how to have a successful English class?
The teacher looked around the class, and observed all students.so, the teacher grasped the class.
The teacher use picture and materials.and studentscan use target sentences from them.

My most enjoyable language learning experience has been today's spanish class.
My least enjoyable language learning activity has been the English class of the third grade in my high school.Becouse that is for only the entrance examination. so, that is very tired.
My most valuable language learning activity has been the English of the first and second grade in ma high school.The class put important point on memorization.and it is for the entrance examination.It is tired but also is very valuable.
There are not my least valuable languge leaning activity, I think.
In general my language learning experience has been very poor.
